Dr. Adam McCall

Founder & Chief Plan Analyst

Dr. Adam McCall is a board-certified family physician and obstetrics provider with a passion for improving healthcare for patients, employers, and health plans. As the founder of Advanced Primary Care of the Ozarks and a leader at OneStone, he is committed to finding practical, innovative solutions that improve quality, reduce unnecessary healthcare spending, and strengthen the relationship between providers, employers, and members.

Known for his ability to connect seemingly unrelated pieces of information, Dr. McCall approaches complex healthcare challenges with both analytical thinking and creativity. Colleagues often describe his mind as a “rolodex,” quickly drawing on clinical experience, regulatory knowledge, and real-world problem solving to identify opportunities others may overlook.

Outside of medicine, Dr. McCall is an avid outdoorsman whose faith, family, and service to others shape both his personal and professional life. Whether caring for patients, advising organizations, or collaborating with health plans, he believes the best solutions come from listening well, building trust, and never losing sight of the people behind the data.

Through OneStone, Dr. McCall’s vision is to help employers and health plans make informed, transparent decisions that lead to better outcomes, healthier communities, and a more sustainable healthcare system.
